What inspired you to develop your business?

I wanted to make a social impact through fashion and found that creating jobs and paying fair living wages to women in Africa was the best way I could help them out of poverty.

How do you define success?

Creating sustainable jobs for women in Africa. I believe if you empower a woman, you empower a whole community, and when I can do that on a large scale to create thousands of jobs for women, I will start to feel that I am on my way to changing people's lives.

What advice would you give to someone just starting a business?

Don't give up. Entrepreneurship is a long game. Also, be passionate about your business and have a goal that is bigger than you.
